Step 1.

 

Send us an email to reklamation@sportauspuff-direkt.de with the following information:

- Name, address, and telephone number

- Order number and/or customer number

- Item number and item description

- Detailed description of the reason for the complaint

- Vehicle information (manufacturer + model + type + year of manufacture + engine + HSN TSN from vehicle registration document) )


Step 2.

We will record the process and respond within 24 hours (business days). Please note that we always have to consult with the manufacturer.
